You agree to provide accurate payment information, and you authorize us to process payments in accordance with the chosen payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, SnagLaunch may provide a variety of blockchain-based options and reserve the right to modify the available payment methods at any time.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Presale Cancellation: You may request the cancellation of a presale purchase before the conclusion of the presale listing. Requests made after the presale ends will not be honored. All cancellation requests must be submitted through our support ticket system.
  • Refunds for Unsuccessful Presales: If a presale fails to meet its soft cap and the project does not choose to pause, resume, extend, or revive the presale, SnagLaunch will refund all purchases in USDC BSC, minus a 5 USDC refund and transfer fee. If the original purchase amount is equal to or less than the 5 USDC refund and transfer fee, a refund can not be issued.
  • Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all information, including wallet addresses, is accurate. SnagLaunch is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect information.
  • No Refund for Token Distribution Issues: SnagLaunch is not responsible for any issues with token distribution by the project. Buyers should contact the listing project directly for any related concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SnagLaunch regarding your use of the platform.
