Buyers may request cancellation of a presale purchase before the conclusion of the presale listing. Requests for cancelation after that time can not be honored. All cancellation requests must be made through our support ticket system. Please note that all refund transfers will be sent only to the purchasing wallet address listed in the presale’s Purchase History. All refund transfers will be sent as USDC BSC and will incur a 5 USDC refund and transfer fee. If the original purchase amount is equal to or less than the 5 USDC refund and transfer fee, a refund can not be issued.
In the event a presale does not meet its soft cap, and the project chooses not to use the Presale Pause, Resume, Extend, and Revive option, SnagLaunch will refund all purchases to buyers in USDC BSC. This refund will be a direct wallet to wallet transfer to each purchasing wallet. All refund amounts will be for the full purchase price minus a 5 USDC BSC refund and transfer fee. If the original purchase amount is equal to or less than the 5 USDC refund and transfer fee, a refund can not be issued. Project listing fees are non-refundable.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information, including wallet addresses, is accurate. SnagLaunch is not liable for any delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect information. Token distribution is solely the responsibility of the listing project. In cases where delivery is not received from the listing project, SnagLaunch will not be held responsible, and no refunds or replacements will be issued. Winners are encouraged to contact the listing project directly for inquiries related to purchase delivery.
No exception can be made to the above policy.
